Delivery

Delivery is available within the Nelson/ Tasman Region, provided reasonable access to the delivery address is available. Delivery timeframes are between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Confirmation of delivery date and time will be arranged with the Customer directly following confirmation of payment for your order. Payment in full is required prior to delivery of goods. A minimum order quantity of 1m3 applies to all deliveries for the Richmond area, and a minimum order of NZ$200 will apply for delivery to all other areas, unless previously agreed in writing by Bay Landscapes. The Customer shall be responsible for advising Bay Landscapes of anything which may affect the ability of Bay Landscapes to complete delivery to the Customer’s nominated address. Delivery is carried out at the risk of the Customer and Bay Landscapes will not be liable for any damage or consequential loss suffered by the Customer or any third party as result of or incidental to delivery of the goods.

Returns

If you wish to return your product and/or request a refund, you must first email info@baylandscapes.co.nz to obtain written agreement. We will not accept returns without prior written agreement from us. Returns will only be accepted on the terms listed below:

 

1. Damaged and faulty products

1.1 If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will refund, repair or replace your product. We will arrange for collection of damaged and faulty products. You must inform us of any damage within 14 days of receipt of the products.

1.2 Some products include manufacturer’s instructions and/or care advice. It is important to read and follow the instructions/advice carefully. All warranties and guarantees are void if these are not followed.

1.3 Any damage that arises from installation or application error or as a result of not following the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered by Bay Landscapes.

 

2. Change of mind

2.1 We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

 

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product back from you. Funds will be returned to the account/card payment was received from.
